Shipping
Your Twinkle Miniatures shopping cart is linked to Canada Post's shipping rates and services. During checkout you will be able to select the shipping method you prefer and the price for shipping is the actual shipping cost. There is no handling or packaging fee.
Delivery times
All shipments will be sent within 3 days of receiving an order. If the product is a commission I will contact you to let you know when your miniature will be ready.
Returns
It is very important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your new miniature. If you are not satisfied you can return it within 5 days of receiving it, notifying me by e-mail of the reason for the return. You will be fully reimbursed except for the cost of shipping the item back to me.
